We have a cat named Oliver, but nobody has ever called him that.  He's always been known, affectionately, as "El Gato."  I know we're not supposed to play favorites, but everyone here agrees, El Gato is our best cat.  He's nearly 18 years old and going strong.

Soil Type: Volcanic Loam

Process: Fully washed and dried in solar dryers to protect the coffee from rain.
